PR: Kim Reichhelm Hosts Women's Snowboard Clinic

Kim Reichhelm, two time World Extreme Skiing Champion and founder/director of Women's Ski Adventures will launch Women's Snowboard Adventures February 9-13, 1997 in Crested Butte, Colorado.

Reichhelm brings 9 years of experience in running women's only clinics to the snowboard industry. A passionate snowboarder, Reichhelm has the formula to bring learning and fun together in a supportive non-intimidating environment. "Women learn differently than men" says Kim, "especially when it comes to fear and control."

Women's Snowboard Adventures help women learn at their own pace in small groups of the same ability. The program covers all aspects of the sport for every level from never-evers to expert riders. Reichhelm designed Women's Snowboard Adventures after her highly successful women's clinics. "I love to snowboard and many of my skiing clients wanted to learn." A special guest appearance from U.S. Extreme Snowboarding Champion, Janet Antram, will also be included in the clinic. Janet will be on hand to share her expertise on and off the hill, including talks about over comingfear, improving technique, and on snow instruction and demonstrations .

The four day clinic includes lift tickets, welcome reception, daily instruction from professional women boarders, video analysis, equipment demos, daily apres ski parties and awards dinner for $475.00. With four nights accommodations at the luxurious slope side Grande Butte Hotel the clinic is $675.00.
