| Raichle is introducing an entirely redesigned collection of soft snowboard
boots under the brand name of Dee Luxe. This will ensure differentiation
between Raichle's alpine snowboard boots and their collection of soft
freestyle/freeride boots. The Dee Luxe line-up features 2 models with all
new, premolded, tongued ThermoFlex innerboots as well as a new Sportabout
Group of apres-ride streetwear including a boot and a sneaker. There are
2 additional Dee Luxe models with conventional liners and l kid's boot.
THERMOFLEX MODELS The 2 models in the Dee Luxe line which are featured with ThermoFlex innerboots include the Caprice and the Pegaso. These pre-shaped tongued 9mm high density liners offer riders the chance to feel the initial fit right out of the box with the subsequent option of l00% custom fit molding. In their 3 seasons on the market, ThermoFlex liners have gained the reputation of being one of the warmest, most comfortable liners on the market. Both ThermoFlex models are constructed of top quality water resistant leather and feature thermo rubber flat ground soles; speed lacing for optimal heel hold; nylon straps stitched up the tongue and back area with finger holds for easy entry and exit; and improved nylon hold down straps which pull the heel into the heel pocket. The Caprice and Pegaso are both lasted boots, which is one of their signature features. The Caprice is designed for Bordercross/Freeride and is constructed of Nubuck leather with a thermo rubber rigid sole for superior edge to edge energy transmission. The Pegaso is the value priced freeride boot, similar in features to the Caprice but with a new cut and split leather upper. Targeted for those who want the snowboard boot look for everyday streetwear, Dee Luxe has added the Sportabout Boot and the Sportabout Sneaker into the line. They feature waterproof Nubuk leather, Cordura / Kevlar inserts, and a thermo rubber sole. CONVENTIONAL TWO BODY BOOTS The Slopemaster freeride boot is constructed of water resistant leather and is triple stitched for extra durability. The liner has reinforced heel and toe areas, flex zones over the instep area, and a Velcro wraparound closure on the upper. The Pacer is a two body freestyle boot with a similar construction to the Slopemaster and the addition of textile flex areas for more mobility in the pipe or on table tops. The Merlin is a kid's freestyle/all around boot built around the same design as the Slopemaster. Dee Luxe Snowboard Boots are distributed by Raichle Molitor USA, Inc.
