SALEM, Ore.--Dec. 16, 1996--Morrow Snowboards Inc. (NASDAQ:MRRW) today announced that the company's board of directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to five percent of the company's common stock in the open market. Purchases will be made under Securities & Exchange Commission Rule 10b-18.
