Every year it's the same thing, people up and down the halls are trying to find out where to eat a good meal after a long day buying, selling, schmoozing, and partying at the SIA show in Las Vegas.

Granted, we all have a different idea of what a good meal is, some of us thrilled by the mounds of vintage American food found at the "All you can eat Buffets" located all over Las Vegas, while others search for an alternative. Las Vegas is the entertainment mecca of the western world and yet it seems that most of us who have been coming here from year to year are still trying to find a set of good and affordable restaurants to feed our tired minds and bodies.

Lisa Hudson, marketing director for Twist Snowboard Clothing summed it up pretty well, "Oh God, I really don't have any favortite restaurants in Las Vegas other than Chin's. If you find any good places to eat, please let me know."

Haley Martin from K2 snowboards didn't want to divulge her favorite spots, wanting to keep them a secret so too many others won't go there. After some coercing, she did say she liked going to the Hard Rock Cafe and this really good Mexican restaurant at the MGM Grand (Coyote Cafe & Grill Room).

So, with some help from other SIA veterans, here is a sampling of favorites. This list will continue to grow as the week goes on and more people add their choices.
