| CYBERSPACE--On August 15, 1996 TransWorld SNOWboarding magazine, the
most prestigious and widely circulated international snowboarding publication,
will debut twsnow.com. "We're excited about launching twsnow.com, bringing
our magazine' s excellence and inside expertise to the Internet," said publisher

"There's never enough room to publish everything in our print magazine," said TransWorld SNOWboarding magazine Editor Eric Blehm. "Now, nothing good will go to waste. Snowboard Life,__TransWorld's newest publication for freeriding, will offer material geared toward adults. twsnow.com will be aggressively promoted through both advertising and editorial coverage in TransWorld's network of print magazines and listed in major Internet directories, including Yahoo, Lycos, and Excite, insuring strong traffic flow throughout the site.
