How to Wax Your Board: Buffer

By Chris Hansen

October 15, 1996

You will also need something to buff the wax. The ultimate brush is the roto-kindyou put in your cordless driver, but most of us can't justify $200 just tobuff out the wax-job on our board. You can get a nicehorse-hair and brassbrush from the ski shop or from a catalog (Tognar Toolworks is a good consumercatalog; call them at 916-926-2600) for about eight to ten bucks, or youcan save a little money and pick up a pack of Scotch-Brite pads for lessthan five bucks next time you're at the grocery store
