Lexicon of Snowboarding Terms

CAMBER - When a snowboard is placed on a flat surface, the center portion of the board is raised and it rests only on the tip and tail. This curvature in the snowboard effectively aids in turning. Camber is measured by looking at the amount of space between the center of the base and the flat surface on which it rests.
