Chad Otterstrom can do runs in the pipe so technical that he has Todd Richards asking him for tips on certain tricks. He learned Peter Line’s new heelside rodeo flip the day after Peter unveiled it at Hood last summer. And he learned it switch the following day!

Not to mention Chad has won a good deal of the contests he entered last year, which not only makes him a pleasant guy to hang out with, it makes him one of the fastest-rising snow stars out there. I don’t need to tell you much about this guy, because with skills like his, you’re going to be seeing him a lot in the future.

I asked Chad if there was anything he would like to say, and he replied,
