In an effort to target the widening age range and lifestyles of snowboarders, TransWorld Publications and Times Mirror Magazines have announced the debut of a new snowboard magazine called Snowboard Life.

The magazine will be a joint effort from the editorial staffs of both publishing groups, with Kevin Kinnear, editorial director of TransWorld SNOWboarding, and Dana White, executive editor of SKIING and editor of Skiing for Women, heading the project.

The contents of Snowboard Life will be aimed at an audience of adults age 25 and over, and will include such things as travel adventures, equipment reviews, and how-to sections.
