After the late-spring announcement that Raichle Switzerland was filing bankruptcy and fall shipment of products was in question, they were pleased to announce that Kneissl Dachstein purchased the company.

�Raichle is working hard to ensure timely delivery of the products,� says Advertising/Marketing Services Director Ingrid Niehaus.

According to Niehaus, the new owners have stated their intention to keep Raichle boots a separate business from Dachstein boots, and to keep the subsidiaries intact. As of press time, a letter of intent for the purchase of Raichle Molitor USA was signed.
