DeLeo also stated, with the our improved paths of distribution and the additions of Mike and Jack, we have the strength in marketing and product development to move forward to design and sell great product supported with a strong image. I can honestly say that a companys strength, especially in this industry, is dictated by the people they have in key positions, and these two are the best in the business at what they do. I am truly confident in their abilities and I know my job has just become a lot easier.

Mike Hall has been hired as Vice President of operations and has been working for 10 years in the snowboard industry. His most recent experience was with Ride Snowboards and prior to that he worked with Burton. Hall fills a critical role in product development and production for Jaysport. First, to create and deliver quality products on time, and second to consolidate all of our operations into one clean flowing system that makes it easy for our customers to do business with us.

Jack Coghlan has been hired as vice president of marketing, and brings his 17 years in the snowboard industry to the table. Coghlan was one of the early pioneers in the snowboarding business dating back to 1982 as a production assistant with Burton Snowboards. Coghlan also was involved in all aspects of marketing. Ive always had a great respect for the strength of the brands that Jaysport has acquired, and after seeing how the company operates, and the direction it is headed, it was an easy decision for me to join the team, Coghlan stated.
