Moves 15.7

March 1, 2002

1. Apply light pressure to the heel edge, and ease your weight onto the tail as you ride up the booter.
2. Pop off the lip frontside, and prepare to grab melon.
3. Get the grab and hold-looking back over your leading shoulder.
4. At this point you're coming around 360 and nearly able to spot a landing. Enjoy the scenery.
5. The last 180 degrees of rotation are always slower-take some time to let go of the grab.
6. Extend your legs so you have some travel-don't land in a squat.
7. Absorb the landing impact with knees and waist. Have a nice day.
