Comments: This film celebrates Mack Dawg Productions’ tenth year of documenting some of the best moments in freestyle snowboarding. If snowboarding parks, pipes, or backcountry hits is what you look for in a video, this one is all yours. There’re maybe four turns in the whole thing, leaving all the attention on technical freestyle heroics, hardcore music, and the occasional hip-hop. Also, expect more jibbing than last year, as these guys slide every rail in Utah. It’s the Upping the Ante of today. MDP newcomers Josh Dirksen and Chad Otterstrom are two you’ll see a lot from in the coming years. Devun could be the best snowboarder around, Dave Downing is the most versatile, Mikey Leblanc adds humor and large airs, and Peter Line is, well, Peter … incredible. J.P. Walker can jib better than you, Jeremy Jones is fearless, and Brian Thien’s great return is the comeback of the year—it’s all in here.
