Wearing the same clothes as the remaining 39 with the two exceptions. The victim's head was adorned in a SOL Beanie (now $4.95 in the SOL Shop) and strapped into a snowboard.

"A lot of riders frequently get on the mountain and head out-of-bounds, they do their own thing." commented a sheriff's deputy who wished to remain anonymous. "It appears he had to do his own thing and we didn't see him at first because he was outside our police crime scene lines".

The other bizarre evidence was the SOL beanie. Snowboarding Online whose headquarters are also located in San Diego are not being considered in the circle of events. SOL's only comment was that they have planned a mass exodus of SOL beanies by lowering the price to $4.95 while supplies last.
