SNOWBOARDER MAGAZINE Summer '97 Snowboarder Magazine is billing itself as the number one summer snowboard magazine and they're probably right. The Summer 97 issue features an interview with Olympic bound u-jump flyer Todd Richards done in his Audi A4 and the hot-tub at his new Breckenridge home. Probably the single best bit of the magazine is an overview of US halfpipe contenders for the Olympics. You know, just to get us in the spirit of The Games. Speaking of games, The Westbeach Classic from two months ago is also covered with smashing photos and nice dialog. And for snowboard fiction fans Dave England layed down a pretty long yarn called "Seraglio 8: A Tale of Doggy Skiers, Robots, and Tang. Unfortunately, we haven't read it yet. |
