Olympic Judges Selected

At the FIS judge's clinic and camp in Kaprun, Austria the following judges were approved to attend and judge the first Olympic Halfpipe event at the 1998 Olympic Games in Nagano. Judges were selected from both the ISF and FIS with World Cup experience with both the ISF and FIS level a deciding factor for most of the judges. Many of the judges are the Head Judges in their respective countries and many have affiliations with both the ISF and FIS. In addition, all the Olympic judges have judged at least three years of World Cups for the ISF or FIS, and many have judged World Championships for both organizations. They are the following:

Out of this group there will be five scoring judges using the FIS five judge system along with the Head Judge an Assistant Head Judge and a judging scoring verifier.
