Premier Snowskates Signs Distribution Deal

July 11, 2000

Portland, Oregon -- Premier Snowskates recently announced a new partnership agreement with Yoshida Group of Portland, Oregon, which also owns and sells MLY and M3 Snowboards.

The agreement brings key distribution advantages, financial backing, and additional support staff capabilities to the snowskate company, founded in 1998 by Andy Wolf, a former pro snowboarder with nearly a decade of experience in the industry.

Were excited about the possibilities and partnership, says Wolf. We believe in our product and are proud of the momentum weve been gaining, and now with a little extra assistance, we have an excellent opportunity to expand our image and awareness worldwide.

Premier is a tremendous addition to our company, reinforces Matt Guthrie, Yoshidas Vice President. We admire Andys vision and see a huge amount of potential in the growth of this product.

Following a year of intense product development, team recruitment and market research, Premier Snowskates launched three model offerings this year, including the TLG, an adult board; the RI, a board engineering specifically for kids; and the G3, a price-point board for kids.

Premiers snowskates, an innovative product combining elements of skateboarding and snowboarding with true skate influence, has a patent pending and is currently the only company to offer this unique line.
