Carlsbad, California--Generator Distribution Co. Ltd. (SWAG, PROM, TWIST) Announced today that the letter of intent with Silverzipper.com Inc., is null and void.

In a previous press release dated January 05, 2000 Generator Distribution announced that it had entered into a letter of intent to sell all of its outstanding shares to Silverzipper.com Inc. The company has now determined that such a deal is not in its best interest and that it will not be acquired by Silverzipper nor is the company in negotiations with any other acquiring party.

Generator President and founder Andrew Friesen stated: "We are glad not to have this distraction and are proceeding with business as usual. Product is ready to ship and we are looking forward to another successful season."

Generator's business strategy has been to develop solid branded product within the youth lifestyle market, aggressively market the brands, deliver incredible consumer value and insure timely delivery of goods. The three Generator brands SWAG, PROM and TWIST have all developed a unique point of difference and are well positioned with in their respective markets for incremental growth. Future strategies include launching brand extensions into complimentary product categories for each brand.
