Burton is pleased to announce two additions to its global team staff; Dave Sypniewski has been hired as Team Coordinator, and Ren� Hansen as European Team Manager.

Dave joins Burton from Transworld Media where he was the Senior Editor of Transworld Snowboarding Magazine. Prior to his career at Transworld he was a professional rider for Lib Technologies, Arnette, Vans, and Wave Rave. In this new position, Dave will join Dean �Blotto� Gray to coordinate team photo shoots, film schedules, and other team-related projects. Based in Burton�s new California office, Dave will be spending a majority of his time on the road ensuring Burton�s team is focused, and concentrating on productive projects.

Ren� Hansen also joins Burton as the new European Team Manager. Originally from Norway, Ren� has been the team manager of Airwalk for the last five years. His main goals at Burton will be to build a young, progressive, and motivated European team. Based in Burton�s Innsbruck office, Ren� will be working with Team Coordinator Martin Haslwanter and Assistant Stefanie Pittl to market the team in Europe.
