Glasgow, Scotland- Trespass, international outdoor and winter sports apparel manufacturer headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, has launched a North American subsidiary, Trespass USA. The launch into the North American market is one of many steps being taken in the globalization of the brand.

Leonard Widen has been appointed Head of Operations of Trespass USA and will over see distribution and administrative operations in Farmington, ME. Dennis Harrington has been hired as the director of Sales and Marketing and is hiring a sales force to cover all of North America.

The Trespass brand is well established and a dominant player throughout Western Europe and is distributed in over 50 countries world- wide. Jacobs and Turner LTD, Trespass�s parent company, was founded in 1938 and in the late 1970�s began to specialize in wintersports and outdoor apparel under the Trespass brand. Trespass will support its launch in North America with trade advertising, public relations activities, and exhibiting at the upcoming Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, MAGIC, SIA, and Outdoor Retailer Summer Market trade shows.
