Atomic Enhances Dealer Service
By Press Release

October 4, 2001

McDonald adds Snee to Serve New England

CONTACT: Chris ODonoghue (800-258-5020.x529)

Amherst, NH (September 26, 2001) Two years in the making, the Atomic Snowboard line is about to be unleashed on New England and longtime Atomic Sales Representative Bruce McDonald isnt taking it lightly.

I see tremendous potential in the Atomic Snowboard line, McDonald remarked. The Faces boards evolved through total rider input. Theyve got cutting-edge technology, and unmatchable shelf appeal. Now is the time to increase dealer service, and get shop personnel out on these boards!

Toward that end, McDonald Associates has hired Ryan Snee as a snowboard Sales Associate in New England. Snee, a former snowboard instructor at Waterville Valley and Sunday River, will bring Atomic boards to dealers in the hotbeds of New England snowboarding.

Ryan lives the sport and speaks the language, says Director of Snowboards Chris ODonoghue. Hes a strong rider who can relate to kids on the floor, get dealers to demo the product, and help Atomic find top grass-roots riders. Dealers will be very happy with the exceptional snowboard service Bruce McDonald and Ryan will deliver.

Based on an aggressive new freestyle/freeride shape, Atomic Faces boards use Sandwich D4 construction with full sidewalls. While conventional boards use three fiber layers, D4 provides four dimensions of structural fiber to optimize edge power across the entire sidecut.

Atomic boards are available in 153 (Ghostface), 156.5 (Skullface), 159 (Scarface) and 162.5 (Fangface) lengths. Atomic Color Flex reflects light differently at different angles, actually changing the boards color like a chameleon as a viewers perspective changes.
