SIA Attendees Get Silk Boxers

By Press Release

December 20, 1999

McLEAN, VA (December 17, 1999) -- Don't look under your Christmas tree for flashy silk boxers because they can only be found in Las Vegas this March. Silk Trails, the Aurora, Colo.-based apparel company, will distribute 3,000 silk boxers -- screened with SIA Vegas 2000 logo -- as part of its sponsorship of the SIA Vegas Show 2000. Retailers attending the SIA Vegas 2000 show will receive a voucher at registration. The voucher can be redeemed at the Silk Trails booth during regular show hours.

Silk Trails, founded in 1994 by Renee Zacher Himel, manufactures silk scarves, ties and boxers emblazoned with winter resort trail maps.

The SIA Vegas 2000 show is the largest gathering of exclusively snow sports companies, organizations and individuals in North America. SIA expects more than 20,000 attendees and 650 exhibitors to occupy 380,000 square feet of trade show space for the world's largest display of winter sports products in one place.

SnowSports Industries America (SIA) is the national, nonprofit, member-owned trade association of competing on-snow product manufacturers, suppliers and distributors working together to promote and develop the winter sports industry.
