It�s official, the Gathering of the Goddesses is back and set for March 30 through April 2, 2000 at Snowbird, Utah. In the past, the three-day sports and marketing conference has been known for bringing together key female decision makers in the alternative sports industry. This year, event founder Cristin Inglis and partner Maia Huckeba, together with the marketing agency The Shop, have taken the conference to the next level. The 2000 Gathering will attract key women trendsetters not only in the alternative sports industry, but the music, fashion, entertainment and film industries as well.

The purpose of the event is to create an opportunity for women in these fields to network and hone their marketing skills while enjoying an athletic envirnoment. The seminars will feature key speakers whose independent thinking has revolutionized their industries and furthered their careers. The goal of The Gathering is to inspire and motivate women through interaction with like minds.

Wende Zomnir, cofounder and marketing brains of Urban Decay cosmetics, is one of the key speakers to appear at this year�s conference. After leaving a traditional advertising agency, Wende shook the established brands with her creative alternative marketing ato make Urban Decay one of the hottest youth brands to date. Upcoming releases will highlight other such individuals who will be sharing their insight with conference attendees.
