Like the Energizer Bunny, we're an industry that just keeps going. Welcome to the 12th Annual TransWorld Industry Conference. In the last twelve years of on-snow fun, TransWorld has tried to set off the season by bringing together the entire industry for their first powder session of the year. This year we'll be changing things up a bit by putting the wrap-up powder session together and throwing a helicopter/cat operation in the mix.

TransWorld's 12th Annual Snowboarding Industry Conference will be held on April 3-7, 2002 in Girdwood, Alaska (40 miles south of Anchorage) at the Alyeska Prince Hotel, where the men are men and the sheep are nervous. This is the survival year for those who dare to push their limits on the snow and off. If you can survive the steeps of Alaska and the wilderness challenges we're offering, then we as an industry can survive anything. Don't forget your first-aid kit, buck knife, and waterproof matches, which are always a necessity in the wild. We'll supply some warmth for your belly.

Here is your opportunity to join all the hellions that have survived the up and down times in this ever-evolving industry that is snowboarding. Not that you should need any other excuse to go and RIDE, but we're also guaranteeing the meatiest conference in years. This one you'll want to hang on the mantel with the rest of memories that stand out from TransWorld's history of great powder events.
