TricKs To KnoW BacKside 360s
Two key things to remember when you're learning backside 3s is to leave the lip on your toe-edge, and rotate your upper body to help initiate your spin. If you gauged your speed correctly by doing a couple speed checks on the runway to the jump, you shouldn't have problems reaching the landing.
Standing up and stomping takes practice, so start small and work your way up to full-size tabletops. Also, spread your arms like a bird at first for more balance in the air. After that you can start tucking your body and going for the cork style!

Backside three
Yo, here's the tip
You gotta have speed
Also needed is a lip
Turn backside a bit before you leave the apparatus
Utilize this technique
And your three will be the baddest
Bomb the jump and go, hands in the air
Keep turning and looking for the landing
When you see it, you're there
And if you hope to earn props by the end of the week
Then grab your board and break off a tweak
Stop the rotation and line your board up with the snow
Throw down a stomp
This is the shred tip, yo!
