SAUSALITO, Calif.--Nov. 16, 1999--In an exclusive partnership with the leading producers of the world's best-selling, most authentic action sports films, On Board Entertainment has announced the all-new "ADRENALINE THEATER."

Adrenaline Theater brings to the big screen, for the first time, small screen youth action sports films and cutting-edge alternative music from the leaders in their genre. The debut of Adrenaline Theater is slated for Dec. 3 and 4 at the Block 30 in Orange, Calif.

Adrenaline Theater will then launch nationally in 2000 with comprehensive multimedia advertising and grass roots promotions managed by top action sports industry professionals. The program is designed to generate hundreds of millions of consumer impressions while remaining true and credible within each featured sport.

Adrenaline Theater's featured sports and producers include skateboarding (High Voltage), snowboarding (Standard Films, MacDawg), motocross (Crusty Demons of Dirt, Terra Firma/Fox Racing), Surfing (Taylor Steele), freeride skiing (Teton Gravity Research), inline skating and BMX/freestyle bike.

Beginning in 2000, show times nationwide will be late on Friday and Saturday nights, capitalizing on teens' desire to do something different on Friday night, and building on the late-night tradition started by "Rocky Horror". In addition to weekend evenings, the films will play on Saturday late mornings, allowing younger consumers to also participate. Ticket prices will be specially priced at $5, and films will be rotated every two-four weeks. Every film shown in 2000 will be converted to 35 mm to offer maximum picture and sound track quality in-theater.

For the December debut, show times at the Block in Orange are 9:45 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. On the evening of Dec. 3, the latest snowboard film from Standard Films, "TB Infinity," will air. Dec. 4 will mark the California premiere of "Crusty 2000," the brand-new freestyle motocross film from Crusty Demons of Dirt. At each showing on Dec. 3 & 4, the first 150 attendees will receive a free lift pass to Snow Valley Recreation Area (San Bernardino, Calif.), compliments of Snow Valley and KROQ-FM in Los Angeles. Each night film producers will be on hand, as will several of the star athletes featured in the films.
