Terrain Drain Trip Review

Breckenridge
Submitted By: Demian Larry

Overall impression of the riding: First week of Jan 2K: icy hard pack; long lines; poor flat trails that you must ride to get to different mountains; best runs were blue/blacks on Peak 10. Park is big and well designed, but needs a lift or tow to the top; as it is, you have to hop a slow, old lift with many skiiers and traverse over to the park. I won't go back to Breck.
Rank on a scale of 1 - 5 (Five being best, one being suckiest)
Overall Terrain: 3
Lift Service: 4
Mountain Personnel: 4
Attitude Towards Snowboarders: 4
Halfpipe: 4
Snowboard Park: 4
Recommendations for future visitors:
Secret Stash: off-piste on the north side of Peak 10
Best Lift: Falcon Super on Peak 10 had shorts lines
Local Shop: dunno, never went to one
Restaurant: avoid Rasta Pasta, it's not good
Hangout: the Gold Pan
Place To Stay: condo on 4 O'Clock Run
