Terrain Drain Trip Review

Mont-Sainte-Anne
Submitted By: Philippe Lacouline

Overall impression of the riding: I went all around Canada ... Mont-Sainte is the best ski resort I've ever seen after Whistler&Blackcomb; . There is no line-up, 95% snowmaking coverage, best half pipe in Canada, 625m vertical drop with 1 eigh passengers high speed gondola from bottom to the top. Best time of the year, mid February because of the heavy snow falls coming from Atlantic Ocean ... I ride 4 feet of fresh dry powder February 21st 1997, wish is a lot of snow for Eastern America. Total annual snowfalls is closed to 18 feet. After you day riding the mountain, drive up to Québec City and walk down La Grande Allée ... and enter "Studio 690".
Rank on a scale of 1 - 5 (Five being best, one being suckiest)
Overall Terrain: 5
Lift Service: 4
Mountain Personnel: 5
Attitude Towards Snowboarders: 5
Halfpipe: 5
Snowboard Park: 5
Recommendations for future visitors:
Secret Stash: Look for "yahoo" secret trail
Best Lift: Gondola
Local Shop: Vertige
Restaurant: Chalet Suisse
Hangout: ZigZag Bar
Place To Stay: Chalet Momonrency
