Terrain Drain Trip Review
badger pass/yosemite backcountry
Overall impression of the riding: if you have someone you want to teach to ride or want to learn without any ego trippin, come up here. cheap lift tickets, good instructors, and laid back scene. i learned at badger, and though the park and HANDMADE pipe could always be better, its the natural terrain that does it. for beginers the whole mountain will suit you. to some of the more advanced riders, at first glance, you may become overcome with grief, but fear not brave soldier, duck into the trees and find lots of hits, slides, and beer. if you make nice with the locals and intructors they might even take you down the infamous rail creek or at least into bar none. the backcountry is another story alltogether with terrain to challenge every level of rider. chutes ,gullies, bowls, corinces, and road gaps. its some of the best summer riding in california. suckers need not apply, every run requires a hike and youll need a local to help you find the best. but come around with good beer and tales of frozen glory( busch beer for doughboy ) and you may find yourself screamin down a 50 degree chute. come by the valley stables in spring and summer and ask for doughboy or justin. or check in the winter time at badger with dough or justin and well probablly hook you up
