Overall impression of the riding: Vail is weird place- been there many times- grew up in CO. Fresh snow at Vail makes the place amazing but thanks to Colo ski country USA the place is usually really crowded. Plus some of the employees and guests have some serious personality issues that can be incredibly annoying. Any mountain is fun with fresh snow and I can think of many other places that are right up there with Vail with good conditions but cheaper, friendly and without the attitude. However, with snow- great cliffs, bowls fun but tracked fast, nice parks and great trees. Big, so travesing is an issue and nothing is cheap. Blus Sky has some dope shit just don't ever say you saw a lynx or Vail security may shoot you on the spot.

Secret Stash: Many of mine are now on the trail map
Best Lift: All crowded
Local Shop: Don't be a sucker and actually buy anything
Restaurant: Who can afford food with the lift ticket prices
Hangout: Kaltenburg Castle- great Dunkel, happy hour only!
Place To Stay: NA for me just bring a fat wallet
