Terrain Drain Trip Review

Steamboat Springs CO.
Submitted By: Kevin Ley

Overall impression of the riding: Steamboat is great for any one. They have good runs for first timmers, and for old timmers. The only set back is, no awsome steeps, or terrian. Though they have added new terrian wich is the Morning Side slope on the back of Storm Peak. They have also added a new snowboard park under Sunshine lift over in Wally World. The places to check out are ,Storm Peak, Land of the Little People wich is to the right of Rolex and of course Shadows and Closets for the deepest most driest powder and most kickin' tree runs!!!
Rank on a scale of 1 - 5 (Five being best, one being suckiest)
Overall Terrain: 4
Lift Service: 5
Mountain Personnel: 5
Attitude Towards Snowboarders: 5
Halfpipe: 4
Snowboard Park: 4
Recommendations for future visitors:
Secret Stash: Land of the Little People or Storm Peak
Best Lift: Storm Peak Express
Local Shop: Powder Pursuits
Restaurant: Thers a great pizza place down in gondola square
Hangout: Any where but the SKI HAUS
Place To Stay: Rabbit Ears Motel, cheap and a five minute drive
