Overall impression of the riding: Well Crystal Mountain doesn't offer much to us snowboarders but I was very impressed by what they call, "Terrain Parks." They have two of these, one for new to intermediate riders, and a black run for advanced people. These terrain parks packed with trees trees, you could go straight down one side of it which was steep and challanging, or you could take the ride where you could get some nice powder. Both of these runs were blacks. On one side of this park was the half-pipe, in the middle was the intermediate run which was a small half-pipe pretty much, you could go up the side and ride into some nice powder. Then on the other side is the black terrain. It was nice, it offered so many things. They also had a 150 yard half-pipe. The Downs: This place was crammed with SKIERS, and skiing contest.
