Snowbird, Utah - Spring skiing and riding continues at Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort with $25 lift tickets for the next three weekends. Looking for a special way to celebrate Mother's Day? Bring Mom up for a day of skiing and brunch at the scenic Aerie Restaurant atop the Cliff Lodge.
The Tram and Little Cloud chairlift are open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. this weekend and then 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the final two weekends of the season - May 18-19 and May 25-27.
Snowbird exceeded its annual average of 500 inches this season with nearly 560 inches year to date.
The Aerie Restaurant is open for Mother's Day Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring eggs benedict, omelet bar, Belgian waffles, hand-rolled sushi, pasta station, prime rib, glazed ham, assorted breads and pastries as well as fresh fruits and salads. Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort is located 29 miles from Salt Lake International Airport in scenic Little Cottonwood Canyon. Spring skiers and riders should park near the Snowbird Center at Snowbird Entry 2. For Mother's Day Brunch, take Little Cottonwood Canyon Road to Snowbird Entry 4 and follow the signs to Cliff Lodge Valet.
