The BBC Snowboard + Music Festival combines pro snowboard exhibitions, world-class music acts, and educational and awareness exhibits for a one day blow-out. Over the past three years, the event has been embraced by the snowboard and music communities. Top professional riders like Shannon Dunn, Tina Basich, and Michelle Taggart have attended each year. Over eighty participating industry companies, including Burton Snowboards, Vans, and Salomon/Bonfire, have sponsored the event and music performers such as the Foo Fighters, the Beastie Boys, Primus, and Luscious Jackson have played for crowds exceeding 5,000 annually. The Festival also includes free product demos, a major product raffle that includes over $50,000 in snowboard merchandise, and the opportunity to ride with the pros.

The BBC Snowboard + Music Festival depends on sponsors, event ticket sales, on-site product raffle and sale, volunteers, and donations.
