Leading the charge as president of Northwave North America will be Bob Gundram, former vice president of sales at Ride Snowboards. Joining Bob in the U.S. office will be Dane Hjort, former director of marketing at Ride Snowboards, who will act as the new director of worldwide marketing for Northwave. Bob and Dane's eighteen years of combined sales and marketing experience within the industry, in conjunction with the technically advanced manufacturing of Piva / Northwave has created an alliance to be reckoned with.

The North American operation will not act as a distributorship or licensing agreement. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Piva / Northwave srl, the Redmond Washington based operation is dedicated to offering superior snowboard boots and street shoes to retailers and consumers across North America.
