Nitro Names Seth Neary Promotions Director

By Press Release

January 15, 2001

Nitro Snowboards is pleased to announce that Seth Neary has accepted the position of Promotions Director for Nitro USA. Seth has been involved with Nitro for many years, first as a sponsored rider and later as a team manager. Seth has been responsible for many additions to the Nitro Team in the past and present. He has also contributed much in the way of product innovations, including being the first one to introduce a progressive side-cut on a freestyle board, now an industry standard.

Seth recently completed a degree in design at Champlain college in Burlington, VT. In addition, Seth has been busy working on Video projects and working at the B-Side, a snowboard and skate shop in Burlington. These activities have given him some interesting new skills and perspectives that he will be able to bring to the company.

Seths duties as Promotions Director will include working on all types of product designs in conjunction with the Nitro design studio, working with the U.S. and International Teams, coordinating Magazine and Resort Promotion, and other general marketing activities. Because of his talent and energy, and his long, positive history with Nitro, everyone involved is psyched he was able to find a management role in the company.
