I hadn’t tried this trick in five years. Once you have it down on boxes, try to 180 out.
Pre-ollie. You don’t want to be jumping off the end of the jump and clear the whole thing.
Press your nose long enough to get a good spring off it. The stiffer your board, the better-it’ll bend in half if it’s too soft.
As you’re pressing, gradually shift your weight so that by the end of the press one leg is fully locked for a second.
Counter-balance your weight at the end, and spring up, getting your whole weight underneath you. Land.
