SOL Comments: Terje, Terje, and more Terje with Guch, Backman, Johan, and others thrown in for good measure. It's hard to say with this one. Terje is so good and smooth that sometimes it all looks too easy. And when compared to the action in TB5 or Stomping Grounds, Subjekt seems a bit tame. For us the best part of the movie was watching Terje make a Norwegian pretzel. Now that was badass.

SOL COMMENTS: This is about a perfect as a snowboard video can get. It has the backed away big wall riding. It includes the in-your-face spin cycle action and a great segment on Terje, Triple-D, and Guch surfing in Indonesia. But that's not all, included in the package you also get great part on the East Coast, and a neato trick tip from Ali Goulet (who, by the way should forget about a career as a snowboard instructor). For pure viewing pleasure this 24 minute vid is right there. Go out and buy it. You won't be bummed.

SOL Comments: Tobin Yelland's dada filler segments stole the show. Many of the riders in the movie were embarrassed after seeing it, but in hind site it's really not that bad. Hey, they had a tough winter. The filmers got shut down pretty much every where they went. The riding was good, but the mediocre music, and repetitious looking footage didn't get our mouths watering to snowboard. In fact, we found ourselves jonesing for a cup of extra strong coffee just to stay awake through the end. This is not a must have, but if you have a chance to see it don't hesitate. The riders are all good and their sponsors paid a lot to put them in this video, so play into the marketing and buy it because the Snowboarder name is on it.
